The short version

You don't need an account. We don't store your prompts or the text Rizz Ipsum generates. We don't use cookies, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone.

What we collect

Server logs. Like most websites, our server keeps standard web logs: IP address, browser (user agent), requested URL (including any query string), referrer, response status, and time. We use them only for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the service running. Logs are deleted after 14 days.

Analytics. We run self-hosted Plausible analytics at analytics.rizzipsum.com. It uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It tells us things like page views and referring sites, in aggregate. Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 days, the same as our server logs.

Your browser. Rizz Ipsum saves your theme and flavor choices in your browser's local storage so they stick between visits. That data stays on your device and never reaches us.

The API and MCP server

Requests to the Rizz Ipsum REST API (mcp.rizzipsum.com/api) and MCP server (mcp.rizzipsum.com) are handled the same way. We generate your text, send it back, and don't keep it. Those requests appear in the same server logs described above, and they're rate-limited to prevent abuse.

Third parties

None. There are no ad networks, trackers, or third-party analytics, and no CDN between you and our server.

Your choices

Because we don't keep accounts or generated content, there's usually nothing tied to you to delete. If you'd like us to remove log entries associated with your IP address before they expire, email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
